Starting a return

You have 30 days from delivery to ask us for a return or exchange. Please send an order number or other purchase evidence and describe which goods you wish to return. For a change-of-mind return, keep the product unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Contact us before sending a parcel so that we can review the request and identify the return.

Shipping responsibility

Eligible return shipping is paid by the merchant, including an eligible change-of-mind return. We will explain the method and supply a prepaid label or another arrangement at our cost. The same responsibility applies to damaged or defective goods and to incorrect or incomplete deliveries. In those cases, provide order information and photographs where possible so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate solution.

Return address and exchange requests

The business address in the merchant details below is our default return address. A different address should be used only if we give you a dedicated destination for the approved return. Let us know if you prefer an exchange; availability and the replacement arrangements will be confirmed with you. Nothing in this process limits mandatory consumer remedies.

Review and repayment

After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the decision. Once approved, the refund is sent back through the original payment method within 10 business days. Your financial institution or payment service can require additional posting time. If the credit remains outstanding, contact us with the order reference rather than sending payment-card credentials.

Changing your plans before dispatch

Ask us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an unshipped order. Whether we can help depends on its fulfillment stage; a request is not a guarantee of cancellation. For orders that have already shipped, use the return procedure described here.
